The house is located on the Costa d’en Blanes, Mallorca, Spain, and it is a very impressive structure of the house. The interior design of the house was a project developed by SCT Estudio de Arquitectura. This is definitely a very modern creation, and some may even call it contemporary. The truth is that the house was finished in 2009 so this is a new creation, but not current.

The first owner wants to destroy the old house in order to create a new space to be more widespread. The main idea for this new house is a structure that is simple, yet clear and eye catching. There is also a pool and a porch at that level. In order to create a simple structure the owner wants, the front of the building has been treated as a fold of ribbon, resulting in an organic form. This house also includes a porch, patio and lounge area, covered patio and, of course, bedroom, kitchen and all the other rooms.
